Kentucky Volleyball swept in NCAA Tournament Regional match

PITTSBURGH, Pa. (ABC36 NEWS NOW)- The Pittsburgh Panthers ended Kentucky’s run in the NCAA Volleyball Tournament on Saturday, 3-0.
Kentucky’s season ends with an overall record of 23-8 and an eighth straight SEC championship.
The Cats were the last team from the SEC left in the tournament before the loss.
Six seniors, including a highly successful trio of Wildcats, are at the conclusion of their college careers.
Emma Grome, Eleanor Beavin and Erin Lamb spent all four of their college years in Lexington and won prolifically. All three helped UK win four straight SEC titles and get to three NCAA Regionals.
Megan Wilson, Lane Jenkins and Delaney Hogan, who all transferred to Lexington, end their time in college also contributing to the Wildcats’ success.
