MANHATTAN (KSNT) - K-State running back DJ Giddens plans to take his talents to the next level.
Giddens, a Junction City native, announced his declaration for the 2025 NFL Draft via social media on Saturday. Giddens is coming off a prolific junior season at K-State, with seven rushing touchdowns and a career-high 1,343 rushing yards in 12 games played.
"I believe everything I've been through in my life has led me to this exact moment in time ready to chase my dream of playing in the National Football League," Giddens said in a post on Instagram.
Giddens is the third-fastest player in K-State history to notch 1,000 rushing yards, and currently sits in third place in school history with 3,087 career rushing yards behind only Darren Sproles and Deuce Vaughn.
