BISMARCK, N.D. (KXNET) — Those with Bismarck Parks and Recreation (BPRD) are seeking public opinion on potential redesigns to areas impacted by the South Bismarck Flood Control Project. According to (BPRD), the project impacts many areas — including the Dakota Zoo, the Kelley Athletic Complex, and the tennis/pickleball courts at Sertoma Park. After a community meeting on December 11, the group is now asking residents to fill out a survey on the possible relocation of park properties. Minot City Council places low priority flood protection on city buildings The survey can be taken online on this page until 5:00 p.m. on Monday, December 30. Printed versions are also available at the Bismarck Parks and Rec's administrative office, located at 400 East Front Avenue, during office hours.
