PLAINVILLE, Mass. (WLNE) — 68-year-old Mark Beyersdorfer has been identified as the person who tragically died in Friday’s house fire in Plainville, Mass.  Beyersdorfer was the only person in the house at the time of the fire. Plainville Fire received a call for a house fire on School Street just after 3PM on Friday. Firefighters arrived on scene where they encountered heavy fire conditions in the single-family ranch-style home. A preliminary investigation indicates the fire was accidental. The origin and cause, however, remain under investigation.   Categories: News
