(KSEE/KGPE) – A sex offender adorned with a distinctive tattoo is wanted by the Fresno County Sheriff's Office after deputies say he failed to register his new address with law enforcement. Convicted sex offenders must register and update their place of residence; deputies say 54-year-old George Michael Ortega failed to do so. He has a peacock tattoo on his upper right arm and was last known to live at 2212 W. Dennett Ave. in Fresno.
