CAROLINE COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- Those in the vicinity of U.S. Army Garrison Fort Walker in Caroline County should be aware of two planned heavy demolition exercises scheduled for Monday and Wednesday. "Significantly larger than normal" heavy demolition exercises will take place at Fort Walker on Monday, Dec. 16 and Wednesday, Dec. 18, with two shots to be fired each day, according to the U.S. Army. Those to the north and east of Fort Walker will hear the shots and will feel the resulting vibrations.
