Steve Maestas is accused of causing $20,000 in damage to the High Noon Restaurant and Saloon in May. New video shows what happened after summer shooting at Coronado Center Surveillance video caught a man lighting the fire and then showed the fire getting out of control which melted the camera. Police said that man was Maestas who was charged with a single count of arson. He was given a competency review and court records show he has a dangerousness hearing scheduled for January 24. That hearing is set for people deemed incompetent to stand trial and the court will discuss whether he is too dangerous to release.
