The St. James Parish Sheriff's Office reported that 50-year-old Dwayne Thomassee was arrested on Friday, Dec. 13, after an investigation into alleged incidents reported to have occurred between August and November 2024. Two dead, one injured in crash on St. Bernard Avenue at Interstate 10 off-ramp Thomassee faces two counts of indecent behavior with juveniles and misdemeanor sexual battery. Deputies said the investigation is ongoing, and anyone with information can call the St. James Parish Sheriff's Office at 225-562-2200.
