MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A teenager already in police custody is facing a list of charges in what appears to be a long crime spree. Demario Wilson, 19, is facing three counts of murder, plus two for attempted murder and one for robbery among other charges, after police announced he was linked to several more homicides. Apparently some of the earlier charges against Wilson were later dismissed by a judge due to an improper warrant. Police say the same suspect shot both victims. MPD posted the video alongside a picture of Wilson on their Facebook page. But Wilson is no stranger to police. The District Attorney's office says says they had seven cases already charged, and two counts of murder set for indictment. WREG found that Memphis Police arrested Wilson in November 2023 after he led them on a chase in a stolen car crashing into a patrol car. At the time he was armed with a handgun.
