Man, teen charged after WinstonSalem man kidnapped, killed, police say

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (WGHP) -- Two suspects were arrested after a kidnapped man was found dead in Winston-Salem this week, according to a Winston-Salem Police Department news release.
At about 12 p.m. on Thursday, Winston-Salem police responded to a shooting on the 3600 block of Yarbrough Avenue.

At the scene, officers found two victims.
Emanuel Bacillo, 31, of Winston-Salem, was pronounced dead at the scene. The surviving victim was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Khalil Nikyell Hill, 24, of Winston-Salem, and Amir Zion Baker, 17, of Winston-Salem, were arrested and charged with:
felony general murder
two felony counts of first-degree kidnapping
felony robbery with a dangerous weapon
Baker was charged as an adult due to a new law that went into effect on Dec. 1.
Investigators say Bacilio was at a home on Bainbridge Drive when he was approached by three unidentified males dressed in dark clothing.
The suspects kidnapped Bacilio and took him to the 3600 block of Yarbrough Avenue where officers later found him dead, the release says.
