Clemmons man charged with 10 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor

CLEMMONS, N.C. (WGHP) — A Clemmons man is facing charges for sexual exploitation of a minor, according to a news release from the Invictus Task Force.
In Nov. 2024, the ITF received multiple cyber tips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and began an investigation.
Zachary Taylor Atkinson, 28, of Clemmons, was arrested on Dec. 11 and charged with ten counts of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor.

He was taken to the Forsyth County Detention Center and issued a $50,000 secured bond.
The news release does not state Atkinson's court date.
The ITF is a joint effort of Randolph, Alamance, Davidson and Forsyth Counties, the State Bureau of Investigation and Homeland Security.
