3 in custody after stabbing on CTA bus in Armour Square

Three people were arrested after a stabbing in Armour Square near Guaranteed Rate Field Friday morning, according to Chicago police.A man, 35, was in a “verbal altercation” with three people on a CTA bus in the 200 block of West 35th Street at 10:11 a.m. when one of them slashed him with a “sharp instrument,” police said. He was taken to Stroger Hospital in good condition after officers applied a tourniquet at the scene.One of the three people, who were all arrested, was also taken to a nearby hospital for cuts to his hand. Charges were pending for all three, police said.
