Suspect's family member calls investigators after fight leads to stabbing in Wisconsin parking lot

TOMAH, Wis. (WFRV) - Two suspects allegedly involved in a fight that led to a stabbing in western Wisconsin turned themselves in after one of their family members called investigators after the victim showed up at a local hospital.
According to the Tomah Police Department, officers responded to Tomah Health after a patient showed up with multiple stab wounds around 8 a.m. on December 12.
Tomah Officers and Investigators learned the stabbing victim had been in a fight in a parking lot on the 400 block of North Glendale Avenue. Information provided to officers pointed them towards two suspects allegedly involved in the fight.

Officers noted that the victim had two stab wounds to the torso and a defensive wound on a hand.
Shortly after, Tomah Investigators were reportedly contacted by a family member of one of the suspects. Officers say that both suspects then came to the police department and cooperated with law enforcement.
The suspects have been identified as 18-year-old Leo D. Pugram and 24-year-old Duvall Yigin, both of Tomah. Officers say the following charges have been referred:
