Area of Route 354 in Wyoming County evacuated due to gas leak

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — An area of Route 354 in Wyoming County was evacuated Friday due to a gas leak, the Wyoming County Office of Emergency Services said.
The area of 203 Route 354, appearing to be a residential area, was evacuated. The evacuation was ordered by National Fuel. Gas service was shut off for 13 homes in the area. Residents were allowed to go back to their homes around 11:15 a.m.
Evacuees were able to go to the nearby Cowlesville Fire Hall while the situation was being resolved.
