TULARE COUNTY, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - The woman who was killed in a crash in Tulare County earlier this week has been named by her family on a GoFundMe page. On Monday, CHP responded to a vehicle collision on eastbound Highway 198 near the Highway 99 interchange around 2:10 p.m. Officers reported a sedan was traveling eastbound on Highway 198 alongside a water tanker when, for unknown reasons, they collided. According to investigators, the collision resulted in the death of a 55-year-old woman. Three other people, including a two-year-old, were hospitalized as a result. The family of the woman, named Helen, is now asking for the public's support to cover funeral and medical expenses. "We have recently lost Helen in a tragic accident, someone who meant so much to so many. She was a loving mother, a loving grandmother, and a dear friend. Her sudden passing has left us all heartbroken," reads the GoFundMe post.
