Service is on a first-come, first-serve basis and artists will only be tattooing arms and legs as part of the promotion. Designs are roughly two to four inches and limited to one per person. Friday the 13th is all about luck, so maybe go for a fortune cookie under the studio's $80 option, or if you're feeling a bit western, you can get a cowboy hat for $100. Tattoo Paradise: Locations in D.C. and Maryland Test your luck on Friday the 13th with Tattoo Paradise's "Get What You Get" machine at their Wheaton location. Any palm-sized tattoos from the machine will be $130, a $20 discount from the normal $150 rate. If you're not happy with what the machine offers, you can spin again for $20. Arlington's Lady Octopus Tattoos is teaming up with Doorways of Arlington, a nonprofit that offers services, housing and mental health therapy for survivors of domestic violence and community members in need. Their Friday the 13th proceeds will go directly toward survivors and families in Arlington County. The event will start at 11 a.m. and prices will range from $80 to $150, with placements limited to arms, legs and upper back.
