Crystal Sylva, 33, has not been seen since she left Canyon Manor, a mental health clinic located at 655 Canyon Road in Novato, at about 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday. She is a white woman with brown hair, blue eyes and a heavy build. She was last seen wearing a faded white, green and blue top and red-and-white pants. Anyone with information about her whereabouts is asked to call (415) 897-1122. Anyone who sees her is advised to call 911.
