(You might be familiar with it via the star-studded Christmas episode in season two of The Bear.) Chef Nathan Lockwood will pay tribute to the tradition with "seven offerings of seafood embracing the bounty of seafood in the Puget Sound, as has been done along the Mediterranean for hundreds of years."
