(WPRI) — When the eastbound side of the Washington Bridge was expanded to six lanes in April to improve the flow of traffic, Rhode Island officials decreed that large trucks would be restricted to the right lane. But as anyone who drives over the bridge can tell you — that doesn't always happen.
