GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) - Howe Community Resource Center (HCRC) celebrated the inaugural graduation of its leadership program on Wednesday. Known as Leadership HCRC, the graduation ceremony honored the accomplishments of this year's cohort. The program is designed to equip community participants with essential leadership skills, fostering personal growth and empowering individuals to create meaningful change in their communities. Students at Syble Hopp School in Green Bay decorate holiday tree with handmade ornaments "This graduation is more than a celebration; it's a testament to the power of parent leadership in driving positive change," said Amanda Johnson, executive director of Howe Community Resource Center. "We are incredibly proud of our graduates and excited for the impact they will continue to make in our community." Following the ceremony, graduates had a networking opportunity over lunch catered by Black Orchid.
