EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) - A male suspect is in custody after he barricaded himself on Wednesday, Dec. 11 in an apartment complex in East El Paso as U.S. Marshals were trying to serve a warrant. U.S. Marshals requested the El Paso Police Department (EPPD) and SWAT assistance on Wednesday, as they were serving a warrant at 7900 Viscount Blvd. at the La Estancia apartments, and the suspect was refusing to exit the apartment. EPPD and SWAT are assisting the U.S. Marshals in attempting to arrest barricaded suspect.
