The FBI has not been able to give Congress answers about a recent spate of drone sightings above New Jersey. Dozens of drones have been spotted across New Jersey night skies in recent weeks, including near sensitive sites such as a military research facility. Robert Wheeler, the FBI assistant director of the critical incident response group, could only tell lawmakers the agency is 'actively investigating'.
