We woke up across the state with everyone below freezing as the coldest temperatures of the season moved in. Warmer weather returns through the end of the workweek along with some breezy to gusty winds.
A warming trend started this afternoon though with high temperatures climbing back up close to average for this time of year. Warmer weather continues to move in through the end of this week and into the weekend. The exception will be a slight cool down in northern New Mexico Friday as a weak cold front clips northern parts of the state. We’ll also hang onto a few high to mid level clouds each day, which will help to keep temperatures a little warmer overnight, but won’t bring any rain or snow for at least the next seven days.
