Two to three inches of rain is possible with some isolated 4" amounts. This will lead to street and poor drainage flooding and some streams and brooks could overflow their banks. The High Wind Warning issued yesterday has been expanded into northern Rhode Island. Southerly wind gusts to 60+mph expected with this storm, the strongest winds late this afternoon and early evening. With these winds, there's a moderate to high risk of power outages for our area, although that risk is a little higher at the south coast.
