Origin of new Northern Liberties brewery can be traced to college apartment bathtub

Future Days Beer Co. opens its taproom at 433 Fairmount Ave. in the Northern Liberties neighborhood of Philadelphia on Dec. 12. The brewery was started by Sean McGuire and Nick Mata, who began making beer in their college apartment when they were roommates at Fordham University in New York about 10 years ago.
