Reported stolen vehicle from Texas turns to drug trafficking arrest in Moore

MOORE, Okla. (KFOR) — On Tuesday, Moore Police Department received a notification of a reported stolen vehicle from Houston, Texas, which officers located and stopped in Moore —finding more than just a stolen vehicle.
According to Moore Police Department, officers pulled over the vehicle near SW 19th Street and Broadway Avenue.
Police searched the vehicle and found 70 bags of black-market marijuana, meth, ledgers, 50 THC vapes, and three 1,000 gram containers filled with THC wax that was hidden underneath the floorboard of the vehicle.

Authorities say the suspect, 56-year-old Richard Pena, was also using a fake commercial marijuana transport card.
Pena was taken into custody for multiple charges and booked into the Cleveland County Detention Center.
