VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) - Several vehicle crashes in Virginia Beach caused a headache for drivers early Wednesday morning. On I-264 near Newtown Road, the west left center lane, right center lane, right lane and right shoulder are closed due to a multi-vehicle crash. The west inside exit 14C narrows. Also in Virginia Beach, near Rosemont Road, motorists can expect delays due to a vehicle crash. The west right lane and right shoulder are closed.
