Pizza delivery driver robbed twice by same man in St. John Parish

ST. JOHN THE BAPTIST PARIS, La. (WGNO) — One man is behind bars after allegedly robbing a pizza delivery driver twice.
The first incident happened on Friday, Nov. 29.

St. John the Baptist Parish Sheriff's Office deputies said at 11:59 p.m., the driver was attempting to make a delivery in the 2700 block of Williamsburg Drive.
That's when they were allegedly approached by 18-year-old Montrell Isom who according to deputies, took the pizza without paying along with $20.
Days later on Saturday, Dec. 7, the victim was making another delivery in the 2800 block of Williamsburg Drive when Isom allegedly pointed a gun demanding pizza and money.
Isom left with the pizza and another $20.
Through an investigation, detectives learned Isom called for both orders using a phone number registered to him.

A search of his home led to the discovery of the pizza boxes in his trash cans.
Isom has been booked into the parish jail on charges of theft and armed robbery. Bond hasn't been set.
