Lexington police arrest suspect in Versailles Road murder

UPDATE: Lexington police say they have arrested the suspect in the Versailles Road fatal shooting.
According to police, 20-year-old Tiquan Anderson is now in custody, being held at the Fayette County Detention Center.
Anderson is charged with murder, wanton endangerment 1st degree and criminal mischief 1st degree.

LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC 36 NEWS NOW) — Lexington police are asking for the public’s help in locating this week’s Crime Stoppers “Wanted Person of the Week,” 20-year-old Tiquan Anderson.
Anderson is wanted in connection with a fatal shooting that occurred on December 1 at an apartment complex on Versailles Road. The victim, identified as 44-year-old Quaynell King, later died from his injuries.
Police say Anderson has active warrants for murder, wanton endangerment, and criminal mischief. He is considered armed and dangerous.
Crime Stoppers is offering up to $1,500 for information that leads to Anderson’s arrest. Tips can be submitted anonymously and are untraceable.
