BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- Buffalonians are advised to be prepared ahead of the upcoming snow, Public Works Commissioner Nate Marton said in a press conference Wednesday. Though just a couple of inches are expected in the metro area through Friday evening, Marton emphasized that a shift in the wind can make a big difference in terms of where most snow lands.
