BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — Baton Rouge transforms into a festive wonderland during the holiday season with dazzling Christmas light displays. From community events to neighborhood setups, there’s magic around every corner.
The city has popular attractions. Zoo Lights at BREC's Baton Rouge Zoo is one. It has illuminated pathways and holiday decor. The zoo creates a stunning experience for everyone. Windrush Gardens hosts a light show blending history and holiday cheer.
Local homes and businesses also join the celebration with synchronized music and light displays. Baton Rouge's Christmas lights bring joy and holiday spirit to both drivers and walkers.

Louisiana Lights
Louisiana Lights is an enchanting experience at Windrush Gardens. Explore the gardens designed by Steele Burden, brought to life with dazzling holiday lights and enjoy the blend of the past and present.
Tickets are available for timed entry every 30 minutes, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Admission is $20 per person for ages four and up, while children three and under enter free.

Zoo Lights
Stroll through a dazzling display of twinkling lights as the Baton Rouge Zoo pathways offer a unique and enchanting atmosphere for all ages. Animal viewings are limited during the event.
Admission is $5 for adults and teens, $4 for seniors, $3 for children aged 2-12, and free for children one and under. Zoo members are $3 per person.
When: 5-9 p.m. from Nov. 29 to Dec. 30 (closed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day).
Baton Rouge General Lights
The greenspace in front of the hospital is transformed into a twinkling, musically synchronized light display for everyone to enjoy.

Eastman Family Lights
The Eastman Family Lights Show runs daily from sunset until 11 p.m. Families can tune the radio to the designated station to hear the synchronized music.
