FORECAST DISCUSSION:
Good Wednesday Evening,
It has been a colder and breezy day at times with snow showers moving back into our area this evening along with more wind, and even colder temps overnight. Temps will fall into the mid to upper teens with well under an inch of snow showers expected overnight. But with the wind around, temps will feel like they are in the single digits to start the day on Thursday.
Thursday will start off with some potential slick spots out the door, but conditions will quickly dry out, but not warm up much. Winds will be an issue through the morning, with winds relaxing a bit through the day, and temps only climb to the mid to upper 20s, making it the coldest day of the season.
After another chilly, less windy night for Thursday night, things will start to cloud up on Friday, with temps pushing back into the upper 30s on Friday. We will see our temps surge back into the mid to upper 40s on Saturday with cloudy skies. It does appear that the bulk of the moisture will not arrive until Saturday night in our area.
Temps will remain mild overnight into Sunday as rain showers will remain in our area. Expect temps to push to the upper 40s on Sunday to near 50. We will continue to see a chance of showers for the start of next work week, with highs in the lower 50s on Monday. As showers taper off Tuesday morning, expect temps to remain above normal in the upper 40s.
Clouds will continue to be rather thick on Wednesday with highs near normal in the lower 40s.
