1.  We recently went to City State Brewery in Edgewood for the first time,  and it’s a super fun place to hang out and enjoy some local brews and food truck fare.  While there weren’t any little kids in our group, there were a bunch of them there.  It’s a very family-friendly place — arcade games line the tap room wall and bingo was happening during our visit — they just ask that parents keep kids within arms reach, or as their website says, “Any unattended children will be put to work cleaning kegs or brewed into beer.”  Haha.  They have a calendar full of events, including a Vintage Holiday Market this Saturday.   2.  In case you missed it yesterday, a new round-up of live entertainment coming to the DC area from now through winter was posted.   3.  There’s also a new gift guide, recommending holiday presents for kids, teens, and adults.  There have been a few recent additions so take another look if you’ve already seen it.   4.
