SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - After being postponed this year, the Springfield Brick Convention is set to return to the MassMutual Center next year in May. First Zoo Night at Bright Nights canceled due to rain forecast The convention will be making its return on May 24th and 25th of 2025, with tickets costing $14 for both days. Purchasing tickets early is highly recommended, according to a news release sent to 22News from Brick Convention Professional LEGO artists from around the United States will display their amazing LEGO creations and meet fans. Galleries will also be set up with life-sized LEGO models on display. Additional attractions include: LEGO Retail: purchase LEGO merchandise, retired LEGO sets, new LEGO Sets, Hard-to-Find LEGO, and goodies from multiple different vendors Star Wars Zone: Amazing LEGO creations from the Star Wars universe Brick Pits: with thousands of LEGO bricks to build with Castle Build Zone: build a medieval LEGO creation onsite Professional LEGO artist meet-and-greets Fan Zone: epic LEGO creations built by local fan builders A portion of the proceeds go to Creations for Charity, a nonprofit organization. Creations for Charity buys new LEGO sets for underprivileged children around the world during the holiday season. Since last year's convention, Brick Convention has raised over $24,000 for charity. "LEGO is so much more than a toy," said Greyson J. Riley, the founder and organizer of Brick Convention, "and the Rhode Island Brick Convention will show attendees that all of the possibilities with LEGO are endless. We are pulling out all the stops for the 2025 event. Twice as many LEGO creations as 2024's event. We look forward to putting on one of the largest LEGO fan events in the world here in Springfield in May."
