MECKLENBURG COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- Virginia State Police is investigating a deadly crash on Interstate 85 South in Mecklenburg County on Wednesday morning. At around 4:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 11, Virginia State Police were called to I-85 southbound near Bracey in Mecklenburg County for a crash involving a tractor-trailer and a Hyundai Elantra. According to authorities, one person has died due to the crash.
