HANOVER COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- Comcast customers in Hanover County may have issues contacting 911 on Tuesday due to an outage. In an email sent at 5:12 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 10, a spokesperson for Hanover Emergency Communications said Comcast advised the county of an outage affecting 911 services. The spokesperson said impacted residents should use alternative methods to reach emergency services, such as the non-emergency number, 804-365-6140.
