MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- All lanes on Shelby Drive near Louis Carruthers Drive are back open after a crash in the area caused lanes in both directions to close. The crash was reported just before 5 a.m. on Wednesday. As of 7:30 a.m., all lanes of traffic have reopened, according to Memphis Police. The MPD said all eastbound and westbound lanes of traffic were blocked due to the crash. WREG crews headed to the scene said Swinnea Roat at Shelby Drive and Winchester Road off Airways were also blocked with crashes at the time.
