According to the Hamilton County, Ohio Jail, Kaitlen Hall, Zachary Stumpf, and Terry Stiles were taken into custody on Tuesday following a months-long arson investigation. Investigators allege Stumpf intentionally set fire to a playground area located under the bridge, resulting in significant damage.
