VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) - Several vehicle crashes in Virginia Beach caused a headache for drivers early Wednesday morning. On I-264 near Newtown Road, the west left center lane, right center lane, right lane and right shoulder are closed due to a multi-vehicle crash.
