Update: Winter storm warning for Oswego County until early Friday morning

On Wednesday at 9:29 a.m. the National Weather Service issued an updated winter storm warning valid from 1 p.m. until Friday 4 a.m. for Oswego County.The weather service adds, "Total snow accumulations 10 to 18 inches across the higher terrain of the Tug Hill Plateau, and 4 to 8 inches across lower elevations. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph will produce considerable blowing and drifting snow."
