Police chase in New Hampshire leads to arrest of Massachusetts man

BEDFORD, NH. (WWLP) - A Massachusetts man was arrested on Sunday night following a pursuit in New Hampshire.

The New Hampshire State Police stated that a trooper witnessed a 2006 Jeep Commander not staying in their lane. The trooper tried to pull over the driver in the area of F.E. Everett Turnpike and Interstate 293 merger in Bedford, however, the driver did not stop.
During the pursuit, the driver got off Exit 5 on I-293 northbound and then turned onto Granite Street in Manchester. The driver, who was identified as 54-year-old Theav Sith of Lowell, Massachusetts, stopped for the trooper and was taken into custody.
Sith is being charged with the following:
Aggravated DUI
Reckless conduct
Disobeying an officer
Resisting arrest.
Sith was released on cash bail and is scheduled to be arraigned in Manchester District Court later this month.
