(PUEBLO, Colo.) — The Pueblo County Sheriff's Office (PCSO) announced that deputies will be joined by Pueblo Police Department (PPD) officers and Colorado State Patrol (CSP) troopers to serve dinners at Texas Roadhouse on Wednesday evening, Dec. 4. The "Tip-a-Cop" event raises funds for Special Olympics Colorado as all donations and tips will support the athletes. The benefit will be held at the Texas Roadhouse restaurant at 4707 Dillon Drive from 5 to 9 p.m.
