ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The Albuquerque Police Department is investigating a fatal shooting on the West Side. Officers were called to a home on Alpha Ave. NW. after reports of a shooting just after 5 p.m. on Tuesday. Officers found a victim who had been shot and died on scene. They have not released the name of the victim but a suspect has been taken into custody. This is a developing story, KRQE News 13 will provide updates as they become available.
