PRINCE GEORGE COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A heavy fire destroyed a camper and burned through surrounding brush in Prince George County on Sunday. At about 10:15 a.m. on Sunday, Dec. 1, firefighters with Prince George County Fire and EMS responded to a brush fire in the county that, according to multiple callers, possibly involved a structure. When crews arrived, they found a camper fully involved in fire. Brush near it was also burning. Once the fire was put out, it was discovered that there was virtually "nothing left" of it, according to a fire spokesperson. No injuries were reported. Additional details on the fire, such as what may have caused it, were not provided as of the time of reporting.
