PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — A man has been shot on Kent Drive in Portsmouth Tuesday evening, police said. Portsmouth Police responded to a call for a shooting in the 500 block of Kent Drive, near York Drive and Victory Boulevard around 7:37 p.m. When officers arrived, they found a man with gunshot wounds, police said, and the man was taken to a local hospital.
