ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – The Monroe County Sheriff's Office is investigating after heavy machinery was stolen near the Tops Frontier Commons Plaza on Jefferson Road Sunday. MCSO said deputies were called to the area around 7 p.m. for the report of a stolen 2000 Case 721C wheel loader.
