FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) -- The Indiana Gaming Commission recently seized more than $100,000 amid accusations of racketeering tied to a Fort Wayne charity casino and the Elks Lodge that oversees it.
Records in Allen Circuit Court show the Indiana Gaming Commission seized $104,950 in late October. While the probable cause affidavit regarding the case is currently sealed, other documents show the person who possessed the money and other people reportedly "engaged in conduct which constitutes a pattern of racketeering activity."

The Elks 155 Charity Casino on St. Joe Center Road was also named as an "interested party" in the case, although the connections between the people named in the court documents and the casino are unclear.
Court records show nobody has been charged with a crime as of Tuesday evening.
WANE 15 has reached out to Elks Lodge 155 and the Indiana Gaming Commission, and the former declined an immediate comment. WANE 15 is waiting to hear back from the Indiana Gaming Commission.
