Snowfall across our portion of the piedmont ranged from a trace to 2”. Charlotte Douglas did see some snow, but it was a trace. Traces of snow are not measurable (0.1” or greater), therefore, we did end the no snow drought but did not end the measurable snow drought in Charlotte. For more on snow totals click here.  Forecast: Tonight: The coldest air since January 21st moves in overnight. It has been 317 days since we have seen temperatures in the teens. Lows: 19° with a calm wind. Wednesday: Sunny. Highs in the upper 40s. Breezy winds out of the SW 25 mph. Thursday: Sunny. Highs in the low to mid 50s. Windy with wind gusts up to 30 mph.
