PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) -- Prince George's County police are investigating after a man died in a crash in Silver Spring early Tuesday morning. According to the Prince George's County Police Department, around 3:15 a.m. on Dec. 3, officers responded to the New Hampshire Avenue and Piney Branch Road area for a single-vehicle crash. DC police search for 2 suspects in string of 17 burglaries, attempted burglaries in single day Upon arrival, police officers located a man inside his vehicle. He died at the scene. As of Tuesday morning, New Hampshire Avenue and Piney Branch Road were shut down in both directions as investigators worked to determine what caused the collision.
