How you can help hundreds of local kids in northeast Kansas this holiday season

TOPEKA (KSNT) - Toy builders, magic makers and cheerful spirits are needed to make the holidays merry and bright for local children.
Construction Project Manager at Washburn University John Lemon joined the 27 News Morning crew with a look at this year's Toy Build.
The event takes place on Friday, Dec. 6 over at Washburn Tech's Building K. With a goal of creating 700 hand-made toys for area children, all volunteers will be greatly appreciated.
